Yes. Export your data as CSV/PDF, install the open-source version on your server, and import. Invoice and quote templates are cloud-only and do not carry across. Everything else is identical, only where it runs changes.
Completely. You can export invoices, clients, and payments to CSV or PDF at any time. Because SolidInvoice is open source, you can even move to the free self-hosted version with full fidelity.
The open-source codebase is MIT licensed and publicly on GitHub. Even if the company disappears, you can keep running the self-hosted version forever, or fork it.

Most of them depend on managed infrastructure, automated updates, email sending, uptime monitoring, and are included with cloud plans because we run them for you. Invoice and quote templates are the exception: they are a cloud-only feature that funds the hosted service. Everything else is the same product, you just set those things up yourself.
