Adding company tax identifiers
Company tax identifiers are your own business's tax registration numbers โ VAT number, GST registration, TIN, ABN, and so on. SolidInvoice prints them on every invoice and quote you issue so your clients can verify your tax registration.
Navigate to the settingsโ
Go to Settings in the sidebar. The Company Tax Identifiers section appears at the bottom of the Company settings tab.
Add an identifierโ
Click Add tax identifier. A new row appears with three fields:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Type | The kind of tax identifier. Choose from VAT, GSTIN, TIN, ABN, CNPJ, TRN, or Other. |
| Number | Your registration number for that identifier type. |
| Primary | Mark one identifier as primary when you have more than one. The primary identifier is emphasised on output documents. |
Repeat for each tax identifier your business holds. There is no limit to how many you can add.
Saveโ
Click Save tax identifiers to store your changes. The identifiers are saved independently of the main company settings form, so you do not need to click Save Settings as well.
Remove an identifierโ
Click the trash icon on the right of any row to remove that identifier.
Company tax identifiers describe your business. For your clients' tax registration numbers โ which also appear on the documents you send them โ see Adding client tax identifiers.
